We pack each Margaret-Atelier piece by hand and ship it as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Every single design is created by Margater-Atelier. Each piece begins as an idea at our worktable, is brought to life by hand in our studio, and is carefully inspected by one of us before it is sent to you.

Life happens. If your piece needs attention, contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Within the first 30 days, we will repair or replace pieces that show a problem with materials or craftsmanship whenever possible.

For accidents or well loved wear after that, we are still happy to review repair options or offer a discount toward a replacement.
